WHAT CAN I EXPECT WITH THIS PROCESS?

  1. Once you contact our office, our assistant will reach back out to you and get the needed information to get you scheduled. If you have insurance, it will be verified at this time. 

  2. You will receive an invitation to our online client portal where you will complete a number of important documents including demographic information as well as insurance information. 

  3. Once all paperwork has been completed, the office assistant will schedule you for an intake appointment with the appropriate therapist. Future appointments will be scheduled individually between yourself and your therapist.
